MARKETING EXECUTIVE

Job Description/Main Duties:

• Recruitment of students and meet all targets set by the management.

• Drive student recruitment activities by promoting the school program though internal/external events, such as open house, road shows & exhibitions, collaboration with business partners, schools, enrichment centres etc.
• Increase the brand awareness of our school among parents, students, professionals and stakeholders.
• Organise seminars and talks to teachers, parents and students.

• Drive social media marketing, monitoring and optimizing campaigns by managing advertising through various digital channels such as Facebook, Twitter to achieve traffics and awareness of our school.
• Provide feedback to the management on a regular basis through weekly action plans and reports.
• Handle all sales administration and work closely with other departments in the school to ensure great satisfaction to all prospective and existing students.
• Take on any other adhoc duties which the management will assign from time to time.

Requirements:

• Male/Female, holding S1-degree.
• Able to articulate ideas and key selling points to prospective clients.
• Good command in English will be an advantage.
• Fast thinker, able to react spontaneously to sensitive questions.
• Confidence, having good persuasion skill & communication skill.
• Enthusiastic in getting new leads independently, able to work under pressure and result-oriented.
• Solid track records in sales, preferably in education field for at least 2 (two) years.

Laboratory-Library-in-Charge

Main Duties:

• Designing and preparing laboratory set-up according to teacher’s request.
• Using, cleaning and maintaining various types of Science laboratory equipment and instruments,
• Handling and storing chemicals and other materials in the laboratory.
• Promoting a love of reading among students and the school community
• Promoting ethical use of library resources
• Guiding students in their reading choices
• Managing the automated library system
• Organising the book shelves and labelling the books
• Facilitating the library time and storytelling
• Managing and updating the library newsboard

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 (three) years’ laboratory technician experience, library in International School with Cambridge curriculum will be an advantage.
• Articulate & effective written and oral communication in English.
• Creative, good team player, patient care and love working with children.
• Can work under pressure, responsible and motivated.

• Minimum three years of experience as a laboratory or library-in-charge

• Familiarity with Science Laboratory equipments and instruments and its procedures.

• Demonstrated passion and the ability to do laboratory works such as preparing chemicals and experiment set-up for teacher.
• Committed to professional and work ethics, international-mindset, and the school’s mission; collaborates and communicates appropriately; and takes responsibility for maintenance of the Science laboratory and to the improvement and benefits of the children.
