Registration Procedures

1. Fill in the registration form.
2. Payment for registration Fee.
3. Submit the following documents:
   1. Student’s Birth Certificate
   2. 5 recent photos of student (3×4 size)
   3. Photocopy KITAS/ID Card (KTP) of student’s parent
   4. Photocopy of Family Certificate (KK)
   5. Photocopy of Student’s Report Card (legalized)
